Anthony O. Putman, Ph.D. is Chairman of The Putman Group, which focuses on helping organizational leaders develop extraordinary competence in achieving results through organizations. He is a founding member of the Society for Descriptive Psychology which he has served in several capacities through the years. He is also Publisher of Burns Park Publishersand Descriptive Psychology Press. He did his graduate studies under Peter G. Ossorio at the University of Colorado.
Bruce L. Gibb, Ph.D

Bruce L. Gibb, Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from University of Michigan in 1977, established a private practice to help clients develop their organizations into high performing systems. He serves both domestic and international clients. Since the 1980's, Dr. Tony Putman, a professional colleague and founding member of the Society for Descriptive Psychology, has been mentored him in Descriptive Psychology and its applications.
C.J Peek, Ph.D

C.J.Peek, Ph.D. is a Minneapolis-based consulting psychologist with 30 years of clinical, managerial, and organizational experience in large medical systems. He studied Descriptive Psychology under Peter G. Ossorio in graduate school in the 1970's and is a past President of the Society for Descriptive Psychology. His areas of interest include the integration of biomedical and behavioral healthcare, patient-clinician communication, and productive conversations across disciplines and organizational areas. He has co-authored a book and several chapters and articles on the integration of mental health and medical care. He works extensively with physician and administrative leaders in medical leadership development, physician/administrator partnership, systems of dialog and decision-making, strategic planning and inter-professional communication in large care systems, small clinics and residencies.
Keith E. Davis, Ph.D

Keith E. Davis, Ph.D. is a founding member of the Society for Descriptive Psychology and a social-personality-organization psychologist, with extensive experience in academic administration and consulting to academic and nonprofit organizations. He specializes in organization assessment, problem-solving, and strategic planning.
