Anthony O. Putman.
Center Director
Welcome to the Center for Complex Organizations.

I'm Tony Putman, the Center Director, and my job here is to lead and facilitate our inquiry into complex organizations.  I invite you to participate.

The Center for Complex Organizations is a community of experienced organization leaders and consultants  whose practice is significantly informed by the discipline of Descriptive Psychology.

We engage in on-going dialogue on how to understand, lead and change complex organizations with particular emphasis on how Descriptive Psychology can inform our practice. We have an abiding interest in the "craft" involved in making theory and concepts real in actual situations. You can find out more about our area of focus here.

The Center is comprised of Associates, Participants, and Friends. Anyone who visits our website is a Frend,  welcome to browse the site and read our published papers. The Dialogues are created by Center Associates, and are open to Participants for viewing and response.  You can check out who we are here

I look forward to engaging with you. You can email me here.
